Research: How much do Hungarians know about their maritime heritage?

In 2024, Sail Training International announced a call for proposals through its Research Grant Fund for NSTOs to implement research programs that are essential for the continuous improvement of sailing training and education.

The purpose of the Research Fund is to support research programs that deal with sail training and education, related programs and results, maritime heritage in a broader sense, and education.

S.A.L.T. Hungary, as a member of STI, won the tender. The title of our research supported by the Research Grant Fund is:

Enhance the developing and understanding of maritime heritage
